- Natural Gas Tankless Water Heaters with an EF of 0.90 or higher

Natural Gas Storage Water Heater must have an Energy Factor (EF) of .67 or greater to qualify. Natural Gas Tankless Water Heater must have an Energy Factor (EF) of .90 or greater to qualify.
Look for the EF (Energy Factor) rating on the water heater specification sheet or on the packing box. It may or may not be listed on the water heater label.
*Installation must be completed between January 1, 2025 and December 31, 2025.
*The application must be submitted within 60 calendar days of installation to be eligible for a rebate.
