- The property must be serviced by CenterPoint Energy of Indiana, Inc. (“CenterPoint Energy”) under an active residential account.
- Installation must be completed between January 1, 2026 and December 31, 2026.
- The application must be submitted within 60 calendar days of service date to be eligible for a rebate.
- For new construction projects, builders must submit applications and supporting documentation within 60 days after building inspection and approval and/or issuance of a certificate of occupancy.
- This work must be completed by an authorized contractor in combination with new insulation or a furnace installation.
- Homes which use both gas and electric fuels for heating are not eligible unless they have CenterPoint service for both gas and electric.
