Requirements:
- Installation of a qualified wifi thermostat must be completed between January 1, 2025 and December 31, 2025.
- The application must be submitted within 60 calendar days of installation to be eligible for a rebate.
- This work must be completed by an authorized contractor and combination with new insulation or a furnace installation.
- Homes which use both gas and electric fuels for heating are not eligible unless they have CenterPoint service for both gas and electric.
