There are a variety of eligibility guidelines specific to each rebate. Please review all program requirements (PDF) before purchasing equipment or applying for rebates.

 

Need help finding a contractor familiar with our programs? While you aren't required to use these contractors (PDF), they have participated in the past and are familiar with the rebate process.

  • The property must be serviced by CenterPoint Energy of Indiana, Inc. (“CenterPoint Energy”) under an active residential account.
  • Tune-up rebate not available on new equipment.
  • Customer must not have an existing Preventative Maintenance Contract or Agreement.
  • Homes must have CenterPoint Energy electric service to be eligible for this rebate.
  • One A/C tune-up rebate is available every 24 months per unit.
  • Installation must be completed between January 1, 2026 and December 31, 2026.
  • The application must be submitted within 60 calendar days of service date to be eligible for a rebate.
  • For new construction projects, builders must submit applications and supporting documentation within 60 days after building inspection and approval and/or issuance of a certificate of occupancy.
